🔒 OAuth Required 📄 Pagination

Same as the list of data syncs, filtered by the app that created them. The type matches the kind returned on each row (younify, plex, or import for anything else, including application_id 0 importers).

An unknown type returns 404 rather than silently returning everything. Pagination and X-Pagination-* headers are identical to the unfiltered list.
